The guy is a loner and I never see him out of his house, just his car buzzing by in the morning and the evening. He stays quiet and I've said hi a few times but other than that I don't know much about him.

Guess I'll put up a tarp or something. Jeesh.

Oh my god, what a terrible neighbor, I would move immediately!

There are plenty of places that have much noisier and nosier neighbors for sure to choose from.

I'd tell him to go **** himself. But that's just me. I spray weed killer as far as I can reach into my neighbors yards whether they like it or not.

Why doesn't he just hit it with roundup and forget it?

My wife and I built our house, and unless employment forces our hand, we have no intentions of moving. But we also have pretty neighbors on all sides. We have several block parties a year, and just about everyone shows up and has a good time.

Is this one of those "open communities" - with that crazy 'wife-swapping' and such?
No wonder you all have a good time. Everyone's pretty!!! Damn...

I've got a fantastic relationship with neighbors on one side.

How is the relationship with the other neighbor?

Good - cordial, it's an older widow. She get on with my wife pretty well but, she's rarely home and keeps to herself.
