LB - I hear ya on all counts my man! The other thing about garage sales these days is that people just aren't replacing their lightly used stuff as much as they used to. Like me, they wring every last ounce of use out of it and by the time it gets to the garage sale, it's not worth anything.

Kev - That's exactly how I see it happening. I already cleaned 'em up and need to regrip, but will definitely play a round or two with 'em. I remember drooling over this model when they were first out but couldn't pony up the scratch. At this price I can finally afford 'em!

A person in my neighborhood is cutting back on the game and getting rid of stuff. Sold me a set of 3-sw ping eye 2 orange dot, an older ogio bag and a pro kennex driver for 55 dollars. The Ping eye 2's are hardly used. Just a ding here or there and all of the grooves are great, including the wedges. Worth it for irons alone. I've only been playing golf for 3 years but it was easy to tell that the Eye 2's were the best and easiest irons I've hit so far and they are my main set and I will not be giving them up until they fall apart. I am able to handle them well down to the 5 iron and they just feel like they were made for me.
