WOW, that is a whole lotta of sugar and caffeine. Good luck, I hope you kick the habit. I very rarely drink soda but if I feel like having one I usually go with a lemon/lime seltzer to steer clear of the sugar, caffeine, and calories.

Still going strong, using Excedrin to kill the headaches and drinking tons of H20

Update. This is not the easiest thing I have done. I looked up the withdrawal symptoms and I have had most if not all. Cravings, weird dreams, headaches ( I knew I would get those) and feeling like I have the flu.
I am still going strong, knowing.....hoping these affects will go away soon.

its OK to wean yourself off of the caffeine. just drink less and less and your body will acclimate. going cold turkey would cause some distress.
