Prayers again for the "Beast" and prayers that he will cooperate.
He's probably just terribly upset , angry and overwhelmed with what has happened to him.
My heart goes out to him and his family. You're a good friend to him Landon!

His closest friend and family should ask him to cooperate with the procedure to help him. He will change his mentality at that stage so feel him out first, because many will change to a total stranger to the one that's familiar all that know him before.
Agree with Release....he's got to be ready to fight it with all his strength. I know you aren't going to like this but he might no want to fight...had a good friend/mentor two years ago that fought hard for 2 years but at the end just gave up. My dad did the same in with his cancer fought it hard but in the end he was ready to go....God bless.

Filter went in and the "C" is only in his lymph nodes and bladder so far. They're doing a colonoscopy tomorrow. Cross your fingers and toes!

Thanks a bunch! I spoke to him on the phone today and he's doing good. I'm gonna try to get my ass down there tomorrow. I've been limited transportation wise until now.

UPDATE:
They moved Beast out of the Hospital 2 days ago into Dillonvale Health Care center so they can get him up, moving and strength back. He still has the 2 stents in his kidneys, goes to dialysis 3 times a week and have started him on chemo treatments once a week. He's in good spirits and still acts like Beast to me. We've had some good laughs and brought back alot of old memories that I had literally forgot about. His sisters told me (and this touches my heart) that of all the people that visit, I'm the only one that when I come, brings tears to his eyes. We've had so many good times together. He's in for a battle we know this, but he seems to be up for the challenge.
I want to thank all my FGI family for the thoughts and prayers as every little bit helps.

Continued thoughts and prayers to you and your family. It's humbling to know how fast the big "C" can sneak up on you and take away your health. It's happened to all too many people but praying he can be one of the many to fight it off!
