ORIGINAL: scotts33 In reality, how many heads/shafts come down the pike that are actually better than the one they replace.....IMO very few. Scott, we may never know since we have a business owner (Rory / Indacup) who once again prefers to start threads on products they sell and not provide updates or answer questions. This makes the third thread in recent months. That is a unique way to manage a business. Evidently business must be great for Indacup and free GPS software for Android phones is more important to Rory than responding to a thread he started and stated would follow. New post vs Promoting Product Tired of knocking. We tried

Potbunker...I have not promoted any product on here personally in recent years that I recall, and I am the business owner...so your comments are confusing to me. I have a pretty solid reputation on this site as do the products we have offered the last 9 years. I will post a picture of the shaft Rory referenced previously as soon as I can get it loaded. As for the head, the factory erred on a portion of the sole lettering, so we did not release it publicly...this is a recent development and nothing Rory could have known previously. Thanks for your understanding. Regards, Tim Chopp Owner TourSwing Golf

As for the head, the factory erred on a portion of the sole lettering, so we did not release it publicly...this is a recent development and nothing Rory could have known previously. Thanks for your understanding. Regards, Tim Chopp Owner TourSwing Golf Tim, first of all I apologize to you and any member who thought I was directing my frustration at you or TourSwing and do greatly appreciate you taking the time to respond. My comments have nothing to do with either you personally, as the owner of TS or you products. I love your drivers and am currently playing the Xplode (one of my all time favorites) with either an Okato or Enzo. The business owner I am referring to is the originator of the thread (Rory) and his company (Indacup) and will revise my post to make that perfectly clear. I understand there are usually delays in production, but this thread was started 5/22 as a "teaser" and on 6/2 Rory stated pictures would be up in a week or two of two of the three items in production. Neither of those happened. Again statements were made by Rory and not honored, but instead ignored. So rather than go through the whole sequence of events, I hope you and others recognize where the commitments and shortcomings originate, NOT with TourSwing or you but with Rory as owner of Indacup. Over the years I have owned virtually every driver you have made with the exception of the Renegade, going back as far as the Pure Ice. Any one of them but one, you could put in my bag and I would be very happy. I am glad you responded and wish you would participate more here as many would welcome your involvement. If it is okay with you I would like to send you an email with some further explanation and thoughts. I look forward to your new products when they become available.

Major progress, thanks to Tim Chopp. I now have a picture of the new shaft, just have to figure out how to post it.

PotB, I completely agree with you...I accept full responsibility for the "teasing" and letting you down..... I "jumped the gun"....I had a head in my hand I was not sure would be marketable under it's current name at the time and had a prototype shaft (you saw) that I had to return before I had a chance to take a picture of and post here.... So, I accept blame here and apologize....I consider this a learning moment and will be sure that before I announce new items, I do so with an image and pricing. Again, I apologize. Rory

Steve, This pic is hosted on photobucket.com Create an account. Get the direct link for the pic and put in the image link. Waaaallllaaaaaaaa you have the pic hosted on pb.com and it shows up here. BTW....I would download a program like http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/download.php which will allow you to re-size pics taken from digital cameras and cell phones. One of my biggest pet peeves on this site is that users can't figure out how to re-size pics so they don't suck up band width and the threads look so distorted. Basic laziness or not any knowledge.....not sure which it is? Photoscape is freeware and works well for re-sizing and loading to a hosted site like photobucket. Also works for sending pics via e-mail so images aren't so large and take so much time to send. I keep mine generally in the 50 to 75 kb size range always under 100 kb.

Thanks for the detailed guidelines. I did go to photobucket but it was after midnight and was less than focused.
