Suggs says he'll be back mid October to beginning of November at the latest... Aaron Wilson@RavensInsider "Terrell Suggs to me: 'I love how you guys are saying out for the season. Just gonna make my comeback that much bigger.'"

I am a Steelers fan (from MD) and I like the banter that goes back and forth between the teams. In fact, one of the local stations typically interviews Suggs before the steelers/ravens game and I enjoy it. What I can't stand about Suggs has nothing to do with football; I think he's a great player and want all of the best players on the field. The Steelers have faired well against the Ravens with and without Suggs. I get tired of his constant mouth running....the Tim Tebow comments are a good example.

You mean the Tim Tebow comments that he's constantly asked by Skip Bayless? I think every comment from Suggs about Tebow was a direct response from someone questioning him about Tebow. His only answering what he's asked. And quite honestly, is he wrong about Tebow? If you're so tired about players running their mouth, you can't be pleased w/ Harrison or Clarke?

Nope, Im not. I can't stand athletes, or anyone for that matter, that constantly try to draw attention to themselves be it with words or actions. I prefer the humble ones such as Polamalu, Manning, Flacco, and some of the greats like Walter Peyton and Barry Sanders. The ones that have the skills and know it but dont have to put themselves center stage. I think Suggs, Harrison, and Clarke knock themselves down a notch with all of the talk.

Last I heard of him he was telling anyone and everyone how good he was. FWIW neither a Steelers or Ravens fan/hater. Flacco is very good but I'm not sure he's as good as he thinks he is.

Oh, yeah, I didnt hear what he said about being the best until I just googled it :) I think he's a top 15 QB, definitely nowhere near the best. Although Im not sure how he was supposed to answer that question other than how he did. But Ive always liked the way he carried himself on the field.

J - you forgot one of the very best, the recently retired Hines Ward .

But if he's as good as he thinks/says he is he doesn't need to say anything - people will see it and say it for him. What I see is a very good player who hasn't gotten his team over the hump. And players who are as good as he says he is do it.

Yes, I'm still bitter.
