Thanks guys, keep them coming. I have tried the Wishon grip while I liked the larger lower section I did not like the grip itself. Lamkin Performance Plus nice as well prefer more tackiness than they provide. GP DD2 another nice grip but looking for something new this year. Landon, how are the UST Mamiya's for tackiness and wear.

Lamkin PermaWrap (although I've used standard Crosslines quite a bit in the past) - offer plenty of grip and are very durable (going by past experience, I expect to get three or four years out of them, and I play at least twice a week).

That said, I'm currently using the stock Ping grips that came with the S56s I got at the start of the year - I like these a lot too...

Karma cheap and a fantastic grip seriously you can buy 4 velvets for the price of 1 of the lamkins. I get mine from Valuegolf with FGI discount.

I have always liked Lamkin Crossline Midsize but like you I decided to try something else. I recently regripped an iron set with Tacki-Mack Itomic Midsize Wraps. Like them a lot so far. Smoother feel than Crosslines yet tacky. If you keep them clean they stay super tacky. I can't speak to durability yet. Also just tried a Lamkin Permawrap Classic Midsize on a driver and it's similar. Not quite as super tacky but plenty of grip and I don't use a glove. The real test will be when it gets really hot here in Texas in a couple more months.

Tried the Itomic and when they came in they were left on my porch in the sun. When I opened up the box the grips were oozing a liquid. I had cut my hand before opening and what ever was oozing out of the grip must have gotten into my system and I was very allergic to it. So after spending quite a bit of time getting rid of the cause of the allergy, I cut the test grip off and never played with them. Gave them away to a friend. I have seen a lot of good things written about these grips, but they just RUBBED me the wrong way. Thanks for answering though and for your input.

Tried these two years ago. Very, very good grip. Just want to try something new.

Right now, I'm using Tacki-Mac Performance Wrap grips. They are cheap, plain vanilla, but the last set I had lasted forever.

Having used these a few weeks now, I prefer the Lamkin Permawrap -- just a touch softer and they look a little nicer, but quite a bit pricier.

Winn PCI Triple Line. Would never use Winn grips prior to finding this guy on Ebay. Normal store prices are around $7+/ea.. You can check his various auctions/quantities. These can be snagged for about 50% less than store costs; I won 2 auctions for under $3 per grip avg.. And they are impressive grips; light, tacky, not soft/not hard, & easy to clean. I also have been using the Lamkin CL Blacks for a few years, but their prices are way up this year, so I went hunting for something different myself!!

(I also got some Avon Pro D2x grips that are excellent and economical.)

I do not know this seller....just happened onto him thru Ebay and he was quick to ship.
