I know this question has been asked before.

I'm playing around with restoring one of my old drivers. I painted it white (will post pics in another post later) and wanted to know what is the best polish to use to polish and buff out scratches in the chrome.

I think that what you are calling chrome is polished titanium. I could be wrong though. Someone posted a pic of a driver bought on ebay a while back with a mirror like finish on the face, might search for that thread I think someone explained how the mirror finish was done.

Polishing compound and a buffing wheel. You can use a large on bench grinder or a smaller one on drill or Dremel style tool.

Might I suggest referencing this site: http://www.caswellplating.com/buffman.htm ?

I learned much from them and have purchased many wheels & compound sticks.

This is the buffing machine that has served me well: http://www.harborfreight.com/8-inch-buffer-40668.html
