Looks like two shafts stacked togehter using one tip end inserting into the other's grip end.

Great way to check swing path but you could get the thin tube from hardware store.

My teaching pro gave me a tip a few years ago that still works today. I just use a couple of neon colored sticks that show were your driveway is when it snows (5 bucks apiece at Lowes). I lay one at my feet and one behind the ball on the target line. Swing back slightly outside the target line, loop at the top and swing slightly inside the line to a tee in the ground ahead of the ball about 3" outside the target line and I can hit baby draws all day. Cheap set up that doesn't attract any snickers from the members.

I never realized that this drill is the best for hitting the ball from the inside. Just make sure as you swing the club down the butt end is pointing towards target line. That means the clun will be parrell to the ground and you can't help but attack the ball from the inside. why didn't i use this drill years ago. i would have a much more powerful swing by now

"swing slightly inside the line to a tee in the ground ahead of the ball about 3" outside the target line"

how far ahead of the ball do you generally place the tee?

thanks,

kc
