Looks like two shafts stacked togehter using one tip end inserting into the other's grip end. Great way to check swing path but you could get the thin tube from hardware store.

I never realized that this drill is the best for hitting the ball from the inside. Just make sure as you swing the club down the butt end is pointing towards target line. That means the clun will be parrell to the ground and you can't help but attack the ball from the inside. why didn't i use this drill years ago. i would have a much more powerful swing by now
