I prefer the steam brewed beers, hence Anchor Steam and Steam Engine beer in the fridge. Usually drink Steam Engine Lager since it is a Colorado brew crafted in Durango, Colorado.

Nothing now but probably a 12 pack of LaBatts Blue or Molson Canadian for the long weekend.

There are many great wood-aged beers out there that I would rather drink. Here's one:Allagash

I had one of these a few weeks ago. I couldn't believe I paid $15 for a 25oz bottle, but it was very much worth it. Tasted very similar to the Great Lakes Rackhouse Ale that they only serve at their pub.

2 or 3 Sweetwater 420
my last Dogfish Head Palo Santo Marron
4 Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout
1 Ommegang Abbey Ale

I can't seem to keep any IPA's in stock.........

How was the Palo Santo Marron?!
Very curious to know...

The PSM is basically beer porn, but an exotic variety and worth taking the time to savor.

It MUST it should be offered at just below room temp and it MUST be paired with food, something spicey and creamy in texture would be perfect. The more spicey the better. If a salsa is involved, make it one with a habanero base, and if meat is involved it should not be a lean cut.
