I'm going to buy an HDTV and I'm leaning toward this model. Is anyone familiar with it?

Has anyone bought a TV from Ultimate Electronics? They have this TV for $1500 plus about $100 sales tax. I can buy it online for $1270, free shipping, no sales tax. Will Ultimate Electronics come down on their price?

I bought my TV from Ultimate Electronics. If you find it anywhere else at a lesser price they will match it.
