The Flea Market & Swap Shop is always a very busy section of FGI. Therefore, periodically we will review, modify (if necessary), and post the guidelines so everyone knows how to buy and sell items. Here is the latest version of the guidelines. Please read and follow them.

Flea Market & Swap Shop Revised Guidelines
Here are the updated and revised guidelines and rules for posting in the Flea Market & Swap Shop. There have been some changes to accepted practices, please read and follow them. Threads started prior to the date of this posting will be grandfathered under the old rules. Posts after this date that do not comply with these rules will be removed and the poster notified. There are a few new initiatives in the pipeline that may make future adjustments and changes to these guidelines and rules.
Flea Market & Swap Shop Revised Guidelines 11 December 2006
1. The Flea Market and Swap Shop is for non-commercial sales and trades only.
2. This section was setup for individuals to sell or trade used gear.
3. Posting external links to Ebay items is not allowed under any circumstance.
4. Bumping your own thread is not acceptable and is in direct violation of the TOS.
5. Etiquette demands that posters do not make posts that are negative in nature to the the items being listed.
6. FGI has no liability for transactions in the Flea Market or through email/PMs, and we cannot assist in dispute resolution.
7. Policies may be changed according to FGI's operations and initiatives.
Violation of these rules will result in the removal of thread and applicable action to the posters.
Flea Market & Swap Shop FAQs (Some FAQs that address situations FGI has had)
1. I am not a sponsor but have my own business, can I offer my products in this section?
No. To sell commercially on FGI you need to become a sponsor.
2. I do clubmaking as a hobby, I have build some clubs for myself and friends, can I sell them in this section?
If they are your personal clubs that you have bought/used, then YES. If you have an association or business relationship that allows you to purchase materials below retail, then you're a business and therefore NO. If you're not sure, then communication is always key: email/PM a moderator and we'll figure it out together.
3. I bought a lot of golf club components (one kind, grips, shafts, heads) and the extra's that I have I want to sell, can I list them?
If as an individual you bought these without the aid of business relationship discount and this is a one-time thing, then YES. Please email or PM a moderator in advance to clear your thread.
4. I won a set of clubs at the local golf tournament, can I sell these NEW clubs in the Flea Market?
Yes.
5. I have a USED driver head and two shafts, can I list in the Flea Market the price for each and if the buyer buys the head and shaft, can I offer to assemble it at no cost?
Yes, so long as it is your own personal equipment that you have used. Assembly of a NEW set of components is not an acceptable practice.

7. I've changed the price on my item. Can I post that info (and thereby 'bump' my thread)?
Yes, that is not bumping one's thread.
